Exploring Spiritual Practices
Tuesdays at 1pm

Each week we will learn about a different tool to help in our spiritual lives, discuss the Biblical basis for each, practice it and then discuss how we thought it went. Some tools include lectio/visio divina, prayer walks, journaling, centering prayer, praying the rosary etc.

This class meets in the Barry House Library Tuesdays from June 11 - August 27

There is no cost to attend, but we encourage you to join us for lunch at noon in the Dining Room. Lunch is $15 per person and reservations can be made by calling 518-692-9550 or online here: Christ the King Center Restaurant Info and Reservations (tableagent.com)
