Our Beliefs

Christ the King Center is a vibrant community of unique ministries united by a common mission to be a resource for spiritual and personal renewal in Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit through Christian fellowship, prayer, sacraments, healing, ministry and worship in a setting of vast natural beauty and living faith.

The Center welcomes all individuals, families, groups and churches who respect the Christian values we espouse. As a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Albany, rooted in the Anglican Communion, these Christian values affirm an historical inheritance of the catholic faith including:

  • The Triune God as One God in Three Persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit
  • The full divinity and full humanity of Jesus Christ
  • The Saving Work of Christ on the Cross
  • The Bodily Resurrection of Christ as the "first fruits" of the new redeemed humanity
  • The Gift of the Holy Spirit to those adopted as God's children through faith in Christ
  • The Divine Inspiration of Scripture
  • Sacraments of Baptism and Eucharist as outward and visible signs of inward and spiritual grace

The foundational statement of Anglican/Episcopal doctrine is contained in The Book of Common Prayer, including the Catholic Creeds, the Catechism, and the Ordinal as well as the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion.

  • Day By Day

Day By Day is a new video series we are offering. Our Beaver Cross team members Danny and Kait are adding videos Monday-Friday while youth groups, and other gatherings, are post-poned.

The videos consist of a scripture, a message, and a fun activity that can be done at home.

At times they touch on current events, but the content is always Christ-centered, hopeful, and uplifting. The Beaver Cross youtube account is: Click Here

CTK Facilities

Friday's storm left us with some cleanup work. At least 10 trees snapped off or ripped up by the roots. No damage to any buildings. Praise God.
