We offer multiple locations for meetings, conferences, retreats and other events that will help your group grow together. Our staff will work with you to design a personalized experience, arranging on-site lodging, specialized meal plans, customized meeting spaces, group bonding opportunities and anything else that will make your group experience the best possible.
Our Meeting Facilities and Amenities Include:
Great Hall ― Seats 200 without tables, 120 at round tables and 110 at rectangular tables. Can be split in two for smaller groups and breakout spaces.
Welcome Center ― Can be split into three areas. For banquets, seats 20-200 at round tables. Ideal for business day meetings for groups from 12-100.
Healing Center ― Ideal for medium-sized groups with a more private feel. Second floor chapel seats 50. First floor seating is available for 24 conference tables or for 30 chairs arranged chapel style.
St. Mary’s ― A favorite setting for church leadership or youth retreats and a small number of quilters. The meeting space accommodates 10 quilters or 25-30 retreatants.
St. Michael’s Chapel of All Angels ― Seating 190, this space is ideal for groups & retreats involving a speaker or a church-style event.
From sound reinforcement for bands of any size to our on-site conference video recording and live streaming capabilities, we have the expertise and infrastructure to make your conference a complete success.
Reliable, open Wi-Fi is available in every building. Meeting rooms are equipped with large TV monitors and HD projectors are available. Presentation stations allow you to bring your media over the web or on a USB stick.
Our knowledgeable A/V staff can help you design the technical aspects of your conference and provide production assistance.
