Field Experience

During field experience time slots students will work on concepts that align with NYS teaching standards. The content will depend on what your classroom is currently working on during your visit. Our property is a great place to experience changes through time, investigating how producers, consumers, and decomposers all depend on each other, examining habitats and microhabitats, and many other outdoor topics. You may also choose to implement outdoor living skills (fire building, orienteering, tenting, ect. )

*If you are attending solely for the fostering of team work and communication you may opt to replace the field experience slot with more special activity slots.
