CONNECTION - LISTENING - BALANCING

A retreat for young adults focusing on learning to listen divinely amidst the noise and chaos of life. Learn ways to amplify the right voices and sounds that foster a stronger spiritual walk. Using ancient spiritual practices, this retreat will be an opportunity to connect with other young adults who are seeking to grow closer to Jesus while balancing school, careers, family and relationships.  We will spend time in worship, in conversation and learning, and in connecting with each other and God.

 

The retreat will be held in St. Mary's Lodge. Overnight accomodations are available in the lodge and are double occupancy.

5pm - Gather at St. Mary's Lodge

6:30pm - Dinner

7:30pm - Meet each other and begin the practice of listening

8:30pm - Fire, worship and social time

 

Saturday
8am - Breakfast
8:45am - Prayer & worship

9:15am - Finding balance in life, spiritual practice exploration
11:30am - Prayer & worship

12:00pm - Lunch

1:00pm - A deeper walk in learning to listen in silence and hear God above the noise

4:00pm - Depart

 

Weather permitting we will likley offer time for spending time outdoors - so please bring good clothing and shoes for that.
For those who enjoy disc golf, we have a course on site.
You may also wish to  bring a Bible, journal, yoga mat, art supplies, sketch book, your favorite snack or bevarage to share.
