2017 Advent Retreat

Advent is...

  • much more than a sentimental waiting for the baby Jesus
  • a time to pray
  • a time to taste and see the goodness of the Lord
  • a time to leap into a kind of freedom and surrender to the coming of Jesus into our own lives
  • a time for us to trust and reflect that Jesus will come again just as He has come in our past, into our private dilemmas and into our suffering world

An Advent Retreat based on
Richard Rohr's
Preparing for Christmas

Come Lord Jesus!
